Free Vista upgrades for PC buyers?

Reports online indicate that Microsoft is again talking about giving consumers free upgrades or heavily discounted vouchers for the upgrade version of Windows Vista over the Christmas holiday period. It’s said that it’s being done to keep PC manufacturers happy, as it will help those all important holiday sales. The vouchers are a smart idea, although predictable, but the easiest way to buy Vista will be pre-loaded onto a new machine.
