Google’s Goggles helps you think twice before sending an email
Ever sent an email that you regretted sending? Perhaps you have been one of the unfortunate ones that have received a drunken call from a friend in the wee hours of the morning, rambling on about off the wall topics. Yes, I’ve gotten a few of those calls. In order to assist people in thinking twice before shooting off an embarrassing email Google has recently introduced a new application called Mail Goggles.

Did a false report regarding Steve Jobs health cause Apple’s stock to drop?
The recent report of Apple CEO’s, Steve Jobs, heart attack caused Apple’s stock to drop. The problem with this news is it wasn’t true. The report posted on iReport.com (a citizen journalist website that is owned by United States based Time Warner Inc., CNN) stated that Steve Jobs had been rushed to the emergency room after suffering “a major heart attack.”

Best Buy to acquire Napster for $121 million
Best Buy recently announced that it would be purchasing Napster for $121 million dollars. It has some speculating whether it has its eyes set on knocking out the music giant, iTunes. Apple’s iTunes said bye bye to Best Buy when its spot as the #2 music retailer in the USA. iTunes wasn’t finished they came back a few months later to knock Wal-Mart out of the top position. Currently Apple’s iTunes is the #1 music retailer in the United States.
